Fiber Optic Connectivity Service

Technical Links Services provides high-capacity fiber optic connectivity services to residential and commercial locations, enabling customers to connect their premises to their preferred Internet Service Provider through an open access network, subject to site coverage availability.


1. Check service coverage using the location or national address.
2. Create an account with personal or business details.
3. Submit the request and select the building type.
4. Track request status through the updates.
5. Professional installation carried out by TLS team.

Covered Fiber Locations:

- If the site has an active ODB/Plate, customers may contact any Internet service provider to obtain FTTH/FTTB service.

Non-Covered Fiber Locations:

- If the site is allocated to TLS, a fiber connection request can be submitted.
- If the site is allocated to another service provider, customers should contact that provider directly.
- If the site is not allocated to any provider, an interest request can be submitted to cover the area.

- Proof of ID (individuals).
- Commercial Registration (businesses).
- Proof of National Address.
- Valid phone number and email address.

Area A:

The postal code includes locations already connected to our fiber optic network. No additional requirements are needed to provide service to the location.

Area B:

No fiber-connected locations are available within the postal code; however, fiber coverage exists within the same city. A minimum of 50 requests is required.

Area C: 

Fiber optic service is currently not available within the postal code or the city. A minimum of 50 requests is required.
